Small Groups
Throughout the school year students will be invited to participate in small groups. This is a great outlet for students to share their feelings, friendship and learn new skills.
Groups usually meet once a week for six weeks during a time that works in the schedule for students and teachers.
Groups are created based on student needs and data. Topics might include social/emotional learning, communication skills, coping skills, handling feelings, self-esteem, friendship, social skills, emotional regulation, organization skills, changing families, conflict resolution and/or any topic that might come up as a need.
